The General Employee's main objective is to provide an efficient and friendly service, ensuring that each customer enjoys a satisfactory experience. This position is actively involved in customer service, payment processing, order delivery, and maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and organization standards.

Position summary

The person in this role manages and processes payments at the cash register, dispatches orders in the salon and/or service from the vehicle, supports in general cleaning tasks and maintains high standards of service at all times. They must demonstrate agility, precision and a positive attitude, working efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Execute the collection process in an agile, fast and efficient manner.

  • Dispatch orders ensuring accuracy and quality of service.

  • Keep the materials and products of the work area stocked.

  • Know the menu and prices to properly guide the customer.

  • Promote offers and maximize sales opportunities.

  • Keeping the area clean and tidy, collaborating in the general cleanliness of the restaurant.

  • Thank customers for their visit and invite them to return.

Required knowledge and skills

  • Customer service focused on satisfaction and effective communication.

  • Basic sales techniques and the ability to have a positive influence.

  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Organization and simultaneous management of multiple tasks.

  • Speed and efficiency to work under pressure.

  • Initiative to propose improvements and good practices.

  • Teamwork and camaraderie.

  • Flexibility for rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Diplomacy, empathy and courtesy in dealing with customers and colleagues.

  • Integrity and compliance with the company's internal rules.

  • Ability to engage in moderate physical activity, such as lifting and standing for long periods of time.
